We are currently seeking a full-time/Part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team! Proven intermediate experience in excel and excellent typing skills are a must. We are looking for a go getter, self-starter, cheery, task focused professional that can handle multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Processing orders in ERP system and CRM databases
- Updating a complex product ID database
- Support Sales Team and Production with order management
- Provide general admin support
- Communication with customers on shipment status
- Perform other Order Processing duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Intermediate - Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent typing skills
- Time management skills
- Advanced in Microsoft Suite
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform moderate lifting of materials (around 25 lbs.), sit, stand, climb and bend on a regular basis
