REQUIREMENTS: Hoyer experiecne 

This is a 2-client case. Client 1 is 36 yr old male with CP, non-verbal but communicates with board & cues. Hoyer (experience is a must), get up first in am, take off diaper, put on condom catheter and dress, use hoyer up to wheelchair, shower chair for showers 1 X a week. Once in chair he is good to go Make bed. Client 2 96-year-old female, some memory loss. Needs help getting up, depends and dressed in AM, make bed. 3 small CRATED dogs (never out and about). PM SHIFT: $19-20 an hour * PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION. Located in Cleburne by HEB.
