SYNERGY HomeCare Olympia is hiring a Field Care Manager. This person is part of an in-home care management team, recognized for excellence in serving seniors in Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Shelton, Centralia, Yelm, and Tacoma. SYNERGY HomeCare would like to hire an applicant that fit this description:

  • Excellent communicator who desires to lead a team of home care professionals, advocating for our clients.
  • Three to Five years experience as a licensed Caregiver Professional (CNA or HCA)
  • Ability and a desire to monitor and assist new hire launching helping them be successful.
  • This person will act, look, and present themselves as a professional home care manager, serving conservative senior clients, who have been successful in life themselves.
