Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Community Liaison. As a Community Liaison, you will play a crucial role in connecting our organization with the community and promoting our mission. Duties: - Collect and analyze data related to community needs and resources - Collaborate with addiction counselors and social workers to develop effective outreach strategies - Manage social media platforms to raise awareness about our programs and services - Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining records and preparing reports - Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives - Work closely with public health agencies and community organizations to foster partnerships - Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns to support our organization's mission - Supervise volunteers and interns, providing guidance and support - Conduct market research to identify potential donors, sponsors, and partners Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, public health, or related discipline) - Proven experience in data collection, program development, or community outreach - Knowledge of addiction counseling principles and practices is highly desirable - Proficiency in social media management platforms - Strong administrative skills, including record keeping and report preparation - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team - Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
