Summary
The Community Liaison directly serves as the liaison between the hospital, the community, and referring agencies. The Community Liaison is responsible for creating demand for the hospital’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods.
In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team, the Community Liaison presents a positive and professional public image of the hospital within the community. The Community Liaison is responsible for the implementing the hospital’s strategic sales plan, enhancing the hospital’s brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and achieve departmental and hospital business development goals.
Qualifications:Education and Experience:
- Associates in Marketing, Business or related field. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
- Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral health setting. Three years documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clear 39-month driving report.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
