Local Northern New Jersey (Warren County) manufacturer is seeking an Injection Mold Technician.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.

Responsible for documenting mold change and machine adjustments including trouble shooting and equipment maintenance.2. Makes effective technical decisions and communicates them to Engineering, Production, and management to support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

3. Work with production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements and make adjustments as needed.4. Providing molded components in a timely manner to meet production schedules.

5. Managing raw mold material to ensure traceability, shelf life, and prevent contamination.6. Generate documentation on mold runs for traceability and reproducibility.

7. Work with Quality and manufacturing departments to ensure the quality of production and products produced meet company standards.

8. Following established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment.9. Ensure safe working practices are followed.

10. Other duties as assigned by management.JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS- Positive attitude and a team player.- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.

Candidate must have good organizational skills.- Minimum of 2-3 years" experience in injection molding.- Minimum of 1-3 years" experience in manufacturing environment.
