INJECTION MOLDING TECHNICIAN – NIGHT SHIFT

Bihler of America, Inc. is looking for an Injection Molding Technician with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, for our molding Department. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and installing/setup all ancillary equipment including the maintenance support of 29 injection molding machines.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Install Setup and program end of arm tooling or sprue pickers as needed.
• Maintain conveyors, driers, thermolators and any other support equipment needed for the molding department.
• Perform all other duties, as assigned.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Machining of parts using mills, drill press, lathes, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematics and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of the injection molding process.
• Must have own tools.

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to work I assembly plants.
• Frequent standing, lifting, and walking.

Specific Knowledge, License, Certifications, Etc.:

• 5 years minimum recent experience working in a molding department.
• GED or High School Diploma Required.
• Completion of apprenticeship program or trade school program preferable.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
