Synerfac Technical Staffing is Hiring a Dispatcher Near Baltimore, MD
- Process scanned Bill of Landings from drivers and close orders in the ERP system* Monitor Electronic logging and assist with troubleshooting errors* Maintain accurate customer information in our clients databases and software programs* Process return product from customer back into the plant* Process incoming orders for customers delivers* Monitor electronic logging system on drivers and make corrections when needed* Basic housekeeping duties to include stocking supplies for drivers* Coordinate breakdown of trucks and trailers with employees and vendors* Process driver paperwork after they complete runs* Work with plant employees to make sure trucks are loaded correctly
- Coordinate product pick-up for full truck load and LTL shipments* Assist with resolution of customer delivery issues and customer complaints in a timely manner* Equipment checks on trailers in yard* Perform monthly inventory counts, as needed* Perform other duties as assigned* Must be comfortable using various computer programs (ERP preferred)
