Responsibilites:

• Support team leads in development and execution of patient advocacy, corporate/above brand and pipeline/product milestone communication plans
• Own projects and support team on tactical execution, ensuring timely delivery of flawless materials
• Project manage various conferences/events throughout the year
• Oversee more junior team members on execution of projects and manage/delegate admin processes
• Robust, cross-functional project management and collaboration with shared services, vendors, media and other third-parties
• Support financial management and business operations (e.g., budget, billing, deadlines)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in public relations, communications or related field (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional environment within the healthcare public relations and/or communications industries (required)
• Experience and interest in healthcare communications (required); experience with science/data/regulatory (preferred), advocacy relations (preferred), traditional media (preferred), internal communications (preferred) and influencer engagement (preferred)
• Experience in event/conference planning/management (preferred)
• Proven experience in client relations, plan development and budget management (required)
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment (required)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and third-parties (required)
• Drive to be a self-starter/self-motivator (required)

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $67,000 to $105,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
