Job Description

the community is looking to hire as Account Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role you will be working closely with Senior Account Leaders and supervise members of the Account Team focused on Hispanic Market initiatives. This role will have the opportunity to help drive the overall process on one of the country’s largest auto brands. You will work to ensure the client's needs and goals are being met. You will have the opportunity to work within all aspect of Creative Advertising from ideation through production and campaign delivery. This is a fast-paced team with lots of opportunity for growth working directly with members of our leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client’s trusted day-to-day advisor in bringing value to their business.
• Lead a variety of projects including broadcast, digital, radio, out-of-home, print and social.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the client’s business: key issues, competitive landscape, industry trends and the implications on our work.
• Stay up-to-date on changes to media channels and advertising trends, understanding what is best-in-class and how, when, and where to reference it as a creative solution for team, client or work.
• Track and manage expectations on timelines, budgets and priorities so internal stakeholders and clients are not caught off guard by something unexpected happening during a project.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy and marketing, to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Stay informed about the automotive industry, staying abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience years of fast-paced advertising agency experience in an account management or equivalent role.
• Strong client services orientation, project management and operations skills.
• Proven track record of achieving results and getting the right things done.
• Extremely detail-oriented. 
• Proficiency in Google Workspace: Slides, Sheets, Docs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish language strongly preferred

Compensation Range: $73,500-$123,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
