Description:

• Answer Global Franchisee Financial System Support email requests.

• Work with CPA firms, Franchisees/Franchise Office Staff to get their financial information configured and loaded into GFFS.

• Process uses a wizard, but people tend to run into issues, have questions, etc.

• As needed, speaking with CPAs, Franchise Office Staff/Franchisees about P&L/balance sheet questions, trial balance files, data submission issues, how to submit/correct data, access issues and running reports

• GFFS Support

• Balance multiple open items as we work through the support backlog.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate Accounting knowledge is desired, systems skills needed at a high level.

• MCD/GBS knowledge is highly desirable.

• Good communications skills, work with a sense of urgency.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
