If you aim to recruit top talent in a fun and exciting environment while using data to help drive results, Synapse's Human Resources team is interested in talking to you. Your primary focus would be developing and executing technical recruiting strategies to attract and hire high-caliber talent, which Synapse has garnered a reputation for employing. You would be recruiting individuals to engage on critical projects that directly impact the success of our clients and teams.
In this role, you would be the lead recruiter, responsible for working with and building relationships with hiring managers and functional leaders to define position requirements and service-level expectations. You would be a mentor to other members of the Recruiting team and share expertise of strategy, approach and metrics for positive outcomes. You would have the agency to balance the following responsibilities for maximum strategic impact:
● Full life-cycle recruiting of technical engineering roles as well as leadership positions and strategic hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
● Be the lead for :
o Developing a strong pipeline of diverse talent through the use of online avenues such as industry specific platforms, social media, personal network, etc.
o Adding to our inclusive culture and DEI initiatives to ensure best practices of recruitment and selection processes.
o Apply, measure, and improve metrics on hiring objectives.
o Maintain candidate activity and hiring data in our ATS and tracking tools to ensure accurate reporting of recruiting metrics and Affirmative Action Plan reporting.
● Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape, recommending involvement in relevant tech communities.
● Interact with outside recruiters and agencies as a supplement to a broader recruitment strategy, when necessary.
In order to thrive as a Talent Acquisition Lead, you should possess the ability to manage competing priorities to ensure focus on business-critical positions; hold experience in building and maintaining recruiting sources and contacts within local community and beyond; have a talent for researching viable, cost-effective recruiting sources; maintain an excellent sense of tenacity, creativity, and community; and demonstrate a passion for using creative recruiting sources and techniques like job boards, search engine, social media, professional networking, cold-calling, technical event attendance, tech news, and other opportunities to drive candidate pipelines.
● Minimum 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical engineering roles as well as niche technical positions in a fast paced environment.
● Have a deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to closing candidates.
● Proficient with recruiting tools, systems and ATSs. Greenhouse experience a plus.
● Experience with strategic planning, effective reporting and tracking of metrics.
● Exceptional at follow through, ability to handle competing priorities and be detail orientated in a fast growing and changing environment.
● An established record of success utilizing creative sourcing methods, including internet sourcing, to generate candidate pipelines within aggressive timeframes
