Responsibilities
- Simple refinances, seller only, buyer/seller closings
- Builder transactions from beginning of project to final move contracts
- Builder drawls
- All phases of closing process
Requirements
- Minimum of three years relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Operational knowledge of standard office equipment including copier, scanner, and telephone
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
