Well established Virginia Beach Real Estate Law firm has an immediate opening for the position of Real Estate Processor/Paralegal. Current Experience in all areas of Real Estate Processing is REQUIRED! Must have been employed in this capacity with in the last 6 months with a minimum of 2 years experience. ....Salary commensurate with experience!

Job Duties Include but not Limited to:

Receive and Review Contracts, Enter File information in Soft Pro Data Base, Order Payoffs, Contact lenders, agents, buyer/seller to collect all required information for transactions, Ensure all inspections/reports required have been performed, Order and Review Title/Deeds, and Collaborate with lender to ensure all fees allowed are correct, Ensure all funds are accounted for at time of closing, Ensure accuracy of All Documents.

·You MUST be prompt, possess good time management skills, be detail oriented, ability to work independently under time constraints, ability to multitask, good communication and computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
