Seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate with design experience to join my team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our real estate services, listings, and branding across various platforms. This position will play a key role in attracting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote listings.

-Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

-Work with our Design Team to generate visually appealing graphics, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.

-Assist in building and maintaining a customer database to facilitate targeted marketing efforts.

-Distribute promotional gifts and materials to past clients to nurture relationships and encourage referrals.

-Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate industry.

- Assist in building postcards or brand marketing material targeted to neighborhood specific prospects.

-Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and coordination of marketing activities.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in marketing

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively without direct supervision.

- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for marketing.

- Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
