Job Purpose :
Performs and accounts for Money Room transactions
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Note : Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time)
Provides accounting of Money Room transactions during shift by preparing and conducting internal bank in and bank out transactions, reviewing and reconciling cash drops, preparing and delivering daily revenue drops to the Vault, balancing window inventory, providing balance reports, maintaining bank integrity and supply, inspecting monies, identifying coins, bills, and chips for counterfeits, entering all transactions into the data base system, and disbursing cash to pay prizes.
Provides guest service by greeting external and internal guests in a friendly and courteous manner, assist ing cash cages as necessary , providing change or redeeming slot machine tickets in the denominations requested by the guest, furnishing guests with game and promotional information, instruction and assistance, performing cash, chip, coin, voucher, credit card and check transactions, scanning and redeeming slot tickets , and conducting Code 9 transactions.
Provides administrative support by paying Bingo and Slot jackpots and recording transactions mandated by Title 31 in logbook and computer, and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
