Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the customer service team, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Manage the copy, print, mail and office services operations
- Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives-
- Analyze customer service data to improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions
- Train, coach, and mentor customer service staff
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to meet KPIs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Implement customer service policies and procedures
- Manage customer service projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in analyzing customer service metrics and implementing improvements
- Ability to handle sales-related inquiries and negotiate effectively
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
