What does a Production Line Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola? In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily production operations to ensure the production line is operating safely, efficiently, and all products produced maintain the highest standards of consumer quality. Shift Time: 5am - 1:30pm (Mon - Fri, some weekends) Responsibilities:Supervise production line associates to drive efficiency and performance of key business indicators for Production, Quality, Safety, and Environmental relative to production processesCommunicate daily with Shift Production Supervisor, Supply Planning and Raw Materials Planning to ensure optimized production schedules, and production output is in accordance with planning needsOversee the lines operational efficiency, cleaning, and sanitation of production areas to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupervise, and provide professional development and training for production personnel Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificateMust be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipmentMust be at least 18 years of age1 – 3 years of work experienceKnowledge of manufacturing, production operators, and industrial technology preferredAbility to perform essential functions with little or no supervisionAbility to work weekends and holidays as directed by the businessAbility to lift 50 pounds
