Supervise a team of individual contributors who aremanufacturing Honeywell's world class innovative products. You will leverageyour manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's mosttalented production employees. You will use your leadership abilities tocontribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one ofthe Honeywell production facilities. Through collaboration with crossfunctional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuousimprovement. As a senior team supervisor, you will coach your team members intechnical and behavioral competencies to deliver high impact business results.

Directly supervise production operators
Drive productivity improvements
