What Winning Looks Like:

  • Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. 
  • Communicate effectively with Internet customers and prospects via phone, e-mail or in person
  • Handle all incoming internet sales inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Build strong rapport with customers
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection and stay abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.
  • Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive models and describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase
  • Learn to overcome objections, negotiate price, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
  • Prospect daily for potential customers; maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers
  • Attend product and sales training as requested by Sales Manager
  • Realize that business is built on customer service and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers
  • Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high CSI score

Skills Needed to Win:

  • Previous customer service experience is required, dealership experience preferred
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Possess superior customer focused communication skills
  • Must have a clean & valid driver’s license, along with reliable transportation
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
