Swerve Driving School is looking for office team members. We are constantly on the hunt for more of the best and brightest personalities to join our dynamic team helping customers learn to drive. When it comes to customer service our agents should radiate our outgoing, friendly can-do attitudes. Our smiles should shine through during all forms of communication. Our office staff also helps to administer the WA State Knowledge Test. This requires licensing through the state and a minimum of 5 years of licensed driving experience. Monday, Thursday, Friday 9:30AM to 6PM, Saturday and Sunday 8:30AM to 5PM.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones, emails, and texts from customers
• Professionally responding to customer inquiries
• Following up on customer interactions where required
• Recording details of customer interactions (proficiently and accurately)
• Develop rapport with customers, with an upbeat and positive attitude
• Guiding customers through the process of learning to drive and obtaining a driver's license
• Scheduling behind the wheel lessons through our automated system
• Enrolling new customers and collecting payments
• Offer solutions- not excuses

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service attitude
• General Computer knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, POS systems)
• Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
• Friendly, confident, and a self-starter
• Strong verbal and written communicator
• Positive and quick troubleshooter
• 5 Years of Licensed Driving (for knowledge testing certification)

This is NOT a boring desk job. We have a lot of activity!

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
