As a Sweet Paris Creperie & Café Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for all day-to day operations such as ensuring guest satisfaction, weekly schedules for restaurant employees, controlling cost & labor percentages, ensuring that food is delivered in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.

Assistant Manager job duties are listed below:

• Lead the restaurant during a shift and ensure our guests have an excellent experience.
• Learn/know each area of the restaurant.
• Inventory counts
• Payroll knowledge
• Opening / closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensure proper setup and breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas.
• Delegate responsibilities to team members and ensure they are exceeding the expectations of each guest.
• Own open, mid or close routines for the next shift.
• Assist RM to build an amazing culture by creating trust within their team by recognizing a job well-done and providing meaningful feedback.
• Identify and foster talent in their team, develops high performers for promotions including training of successor.
• Exemplify guest service for the whole team.
• Driven to reach the next level as the position is considered as an internal promote opportunity.

Additional Assistant Manager Requirements:

• Good knowledge of business, restaurant management or related fields are preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Shift leader/manager experience,
• Experience running shifts without supervision is a must!
• La Plaza mall working hours.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions; ability to multi-task and successfully solve problems.
• Bilingual English-Spanish

Compensation package:

• Base salary of $30,000 - 32,000 plus bonus
• Bonus of up to $4,800 per year - based on Sales goals (This bonus is paid monthly)
• Bonus of up to $3,600 per year - Based on controllables (This bonus is paid monthly)
• 10 PTO days per year after 1st year of employment
