Sweet Alchemy Confectionery is an Ice Cream, Pastry Shop with over the top presenations. We are changing from a Take Out/Pop up Pastry Shop to a full Service Downtown Davie Restaurant with 177 seats.

We are seeking a PASTRY DECORATOR / ASSISTANT TO THE CHEF.

We are a multi-concept restaurant chain which includes the Flashback Diner locations, the Deerfield Beach Cafe on the ocean, the Sweet Alchemy Confectionery and under renovations in downtown Fort Lauderdale and in Downtown Davie under two new concepts to be announced soon.

Although they are kept under lock and key, the recipes, systems and all that the company funds are to be kept within the company and available for the employees to follow as consistency is key. The recipe book must be enhanced and followed by all employees and it must be constantly enhanced and added as well as made available to the people that use the recipes and it remains the property of the company at all times. Your responsibility remains that Consistency is achieved at all times.
