JOB TITLE:Billing Specialist JOB SUMMARY: SCA is seeking Billing Specialists to join our company in managing its growing book of business. The billing specialist will be responsibility for preparing billing files to be sent to Corporate for entry into Netsuite. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and analytical and comfortable with completing multiple tasks. ReceiveService Orders from branch offices and liaise with their personnel through written and verbal communication to resolve anomalies Manage invoicing files from multiple branch offices simultaneously and meet expected timelines Coordinate with Collections and A/R Specialists ensure proper documentation to the customer. Help to resolve collections issues JOB REQUIREMENTS Required Attention to detail with optimal accuracy in high-volume situations Self-motivation and focus on completing tasks with limited supervision Proficiency in Excel.
