We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and assisting customers with their sessions and questions. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Develop conviction for the mission. Dive into the science behind our product, understanding the impact they have on overall health and longevity. Explore and enjoy the diverse range of offers, from infrared saunas to cold plunges. You will experience the benefits of a sweat and plunge before attempting to sell the service to a customer. Master the art of communication and the spirit of education. Because our concept is still very much in its early stage, you will be expected to educate members through the same 5 competencies required for sales.

leads, managing memberships, and exceeding goals.

Day To Day:

• Utilize digital tools to connect with members, schedule appointments, and stay organized for maximum efficiency.
• Discover how technology empowers you to provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Become An Advocate For The Member
• Learn the ins and outs of member onboarding, welcoming them warmly and setting them up for success.
• Master the art of building relationships, providing ongoing support and motivation throughout their SWTHZ journey.
• Cultivate a positive team spirit, collaborating with colleagues to deliver the best possible experience for every member.
• Learn from experienced mentors and coaches, tapping into their wisdom and proven strategies.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and calculating discounts
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Previous experience in boutique fitness and wellness is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
