We are seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Associate to help us at our beautiful Brooklyn Showroom. No furniture experience? No problem! We’re not like other furniture stores; our custom-made and curated furniture is built to meet the demands and unique tastes of our customers, providing a high-quality product that will be enjoyed for a lifetime.

Essential Qualities:

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative or team setting
• Strong sense of empathy – for clients, your team and yourself
• Proficiency in Mac operating systems and Microsoft office
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to routinely move objects weighing over 50 pounds and to understand safety requirements.

Our retail sales associates are our luxury brand ambassadors and professionals with key-holder responsibilities including:

• Opening/Closing the store
• Generate sales and satisfied customers by relentlessly delivering an exceptional customer experience through home design
• Maintaining the showrooms design and visual appeal
• Client follow-up, phone calls, and personalized outreach
• Assist our leadership team to create programs and initiatives to make our customers’ experiences even better
• Share your valuable insight with our product, marketing and technology teams regarding customer needs and feedback.
• Listen and acknowledge customer feedback and complaints, empathize and present the best possible solution.
