• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals

• Understand the home loan and homebuilding processes
• Utilize training materials to continuously improve sales interactions
• Maintain customer rapport and communication

Qualifications:

• 1 year of sales experience required
• Real Estate license preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Proven closing and negotiation skills
• Enthusiastic and energetic approach to sales
