```Duties```
- Prepare sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Create visually appealing and delicious sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sushi station and equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing of sushi orders with other menu items
- Assist with menu planning and development of new sushi dishes
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and special requests
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role in the food industry
- In-depth knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills and food handling safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special dietary needs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
