Sutherlin Toyota of Montgomery is Hiring a Body Shop Technician Near Montgomery, AL

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BodyShop Technician to join our team. As a BodyShop Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive repair and maintenance tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct auto body repairs, including welding, painting, and refinishing

- Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on vehicles

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with vehicles

- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed

- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Experience:

- Previous experience in automotive repair, preferably in a dealership or similar setting

- Strong knowledge of auto estimating and repair techniques

- Proficiency in welding and using related equipment

- Familiarity with hand tools and their proper usage

- Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.37 - $24.87 per hour
