Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Sussex Tool and Supply. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering strong customer relationships. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and facilitating sales transactions. Familiarity with the Prophet ERP system is not required, but would be very useful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using the Prophet ERP system, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide support with quotes, proposals, and other sales-related activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
