Memmert USA is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

Company Overview:

Memmert USA is a company focused on providing high-quality laboratory equipment to its customers. With a strong emphasis on innovation, Memmert USA is a leader in the field of premium laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Act as a key point of contact for potential and existing customers, promoting our products and services and answering any questions they may have.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate new business and follow up on leads.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts by identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively educate and advise customers on their options.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and track sales progress.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to generate leads and promote Memmert products

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree with relevant experience required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, or business administration is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in concert with sales leadership
  • Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:

  • Salary: $45K-65K
  • Commission: up to $20K annualized
  • Bonus: up to $5k
