Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sushi dishes to our customers. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all sushi items are prepared according to our standards and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and maki rolls
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in the handling and preparation of sushi
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new sushi menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Provide assistance in other areas of the kitchen as required

Skills:
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in sushi preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to create visually appealing and delicious sushi dishes
- Proficient in menu planning and recipe development
- Excellent knife skills for precise cutting and slicing of ingredients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in the food industry, preferably in a sushi restaurant or Japanese cuisine setting
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
