Overview:
I am seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join my solo practice. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of my office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This position requires strong administrative and managerial skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and document preparation
- Type complex reports
- Patient scheduling and billing
- Regular interface with lawyers and the courts

Hours are flexible with average of five hours per day
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with planning and coordination
- Ability to handle confidential and at times emotionally disturbing information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
