Susan M Kohls DDS is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near Spokane, WA

Experienced Dental Front Office Team Member Needed (Spokane South Hill)

We are looking for a dynamic front desk scheduling and financial coordinator. This is a four day a week position. Our South hill practice is dedicated to our patients and their care. We’re hoping to find someone who shares our vision.

Dental experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is characterized by their friendliness and personality. Reliability, a strong work ethic and a team player is essential.

Duties include being responsible for all aspects of coordinating patient care. This includes, but is not limited to scheduling appointments, treatment coordinating, answering multiple phone lines, follow up on insurance claims, and collecting co payments.

The position is 4 days a week. 6:30 am -4:30 pm

Job requirements:

-2 years experience in the dental industry

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Quick learner
