What You Do:
· Route Management: ensure that all routes are performed safely, professionally and on time
· Talent Management: recruiting, hiring, evaluation, discipline, payroll and management of all hourly employees
· Training: onboarding and safety training of new employees and retraining of existing employees
· Compliance: ensure that we adhere to all contract and state requirements

· 6am – 4pm work day at our office in the South Shore
