TEAM MEMBER: CASHIER

Overview: As a Team Member at Surge Adventure Park, you play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all our guests.

Join our dynamic team at Surge Adventure Park as a Cashier, where you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include handling financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Key Responsibilities:

•* *Customer Service:

o Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.

o Assist guests with check-in procedures, including waiver completion and wristband distribution.

o Answer guest inquiries about park activities, pricing, and promotions.

o Provide information about park rules and safety guidelines.

•* *Transaction Management:

o Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.

o Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.

o Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to guests.

o Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.

•* *Operational Duties:

o Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.

o Monitor and restock brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.

o Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

o Ensure the security and confidentiality of all guest transactions.

•* *Team Collaboration:

o Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

o Assist in training new cashiers as required.

o Support other park operations as needed during busy times or special events.

Requirements:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.

• Familiarity with basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
