TEAM MEMBER: COURT MONITOR

Position Overview: We are seeking a vigilant and energetic Court Monitor to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests participating in activities at our facility. The ideal candidate will be attentive, responsible, and capable of enforcing park rules while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Supervision: Monitor all court activities to ensure guest safety and adherence to park rules and regulations.

• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with questions, concerns, and directions within the facility.

• Rule Enforcement: Enforce Park rules consistently and fairly to maintain a safe environment for all guests.

• Incident Response: Respond promptly to any incidents or injuries, providing first aid when necessary and reporting to management.

• Equipment Inspection: Regularly inspect courts and equipment for safety and cleanliness, reporting any issues to management.

• Crowd Control: Manage the flow of guests to prevent overcrowding and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

• Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

• Basic first aid knowledge (certification preferred).

• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.

• Previous experience in customer service or safety-related role is a plus.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and fun environment for all guests.

• A friendly and approachable demeanor.
