Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Party Hosts to join our team. The Party Host is responsible for ensuring that all guests, especially those celebrating special occasions, have an unforgettable experience at Surge Adventure Park. This role requires excellent customer service skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for creating fun and engaging experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet party guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly welcome.

• Lead and facilitate birthday parties and special events, ensuring all guests are engaged and having fun.

• Coordinate party activities, including games, attractions, and dining, to ensure a smooth flow of events.

• Communicate with party parents and guardians to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.

• Assist in setting up and decorating party rooms according to the party theme and guest preferences.

• Serve food and beverages, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are respected.

• Ensure party areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

• Manage time effectively to ensure parties start and end on schedule.

• Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Assist in maintaining a safe environment by enforcing park rules and safety guidelines.

• Participate in post-party cleanup and reset for the next event.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or event hosting is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for working with children and families.

• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the facility for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
