Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in recruiting, training the staff, staff meetings, schedules, promotions, and planning.

• Ensure all staff are following and adhering to company guidelines.
• Maintain supply inventory and help the general manager to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly including opening and closing the store ensuring that all cash/cc receipts are accounted for.
• Focus on total guest enjoyment and needs.
• Represent Surge by maintaining a professional attitude and appearance in keeping with Surge Standards.
• Focus on guest total safety on all attractions and communicate and enforce all park regulations in a personable manner.
• Focus on initiating and completing task.
• Maintain a pristine clean, sanitized, & organized Park
• Effective communication with Guest, GM, and Team Members.
• Professionally answer phones & book parties and other needs.
• Interactive and Dynamic Role by interacting with guest and being a team player.
