Surf Thru Express Car Wash is Hiring a Site Manager Near Clovis, CA

SITE MANAGER:

Surf Thru Express Car Wash is looking for a full-time Site Manager to join the team at our state-of-the-art exterior express car wash. We are a fast-growing car wash company interested in candidates with management experience and great leadership skills. We offer an enjoyable fast-paced atmosphere that encourages personal and professional growth.

Manager Positions are full-time with available overtime, monthly bonus plan and included benefits. Wages are based on experience.

Our management position is essential to the structure of the car washes, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction from our staff and facility. Responsibilities include daily site operations, customer service, money deposits, scheduling, inventory tracking, tunnel maintenance, and supply ordering.

Managers need to have proven skills in:

  • Training and developing their team.
  • Ability to communicate and delegate.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Mechanic ability.
  • Employee scheduling.
  • Multi-task orientated.
