Surack Enterprises is are seeking a full time Accounting Specialist to join our growing company! This role will report directly to the Controller and will work closely with our entire corporate accounting team. This position will offer a great deal of opportunity to learn and grow as you help support a diverse group of multiple businesses! In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring that bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner

* Processing due invoices for payments

* Performing reconciliations

* Other administrative and accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

· Previous Accounts Payable experience strongly preferred

· Sage Intacct and Accounts Receivable experience a plus, but not required

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

· Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidential information

· Good communication skills – both written and verbal

· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

· Ability to function well in a team environment as well as work independently

· Flexible and adaptable, with ability to work well in a growing and changing environment
