As a Learning and Conference Center Coordinator, you will: •Manages schedule ensuring all events are appropriately planned and resolving conflicts as needed. •Ensures that rooms and equipment are set up appropriately for events. •Coordinates with IT, marketing, supply chain, IT, and other vendors as needed. • Consult with users to support large events and on-going programs. •Collaborates and communicates with team members to ensure relevant project needs are met. Qualifications include: •Superior time management & organizational skills •Excellent customer service skills •Tech savvy – proficient in MS Office •Ability to work on diverse, multi-disciplinary teams •Detail-oriented and efficient •Outstanding verbal and written communication skills •Ability to work independently, meeting milestones and deadlines •Exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality •Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills •Strong relationship-building skills that reflect the RISES values •High School diploma with relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree in business or health administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience •At least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. •Experience using a Learning Management System preferred Work Schedule: Flexible Day Shift.
