THE TEAM / The SuperJoy operations services specialist will work across the company to support administrative and operational needs for the team. You'll lend your skill set to support the daily operations of the company to the highest professional standards. You'll learn how the business of a production company and creative studio operates working closely with seasoned artists, producers, and company leadership. You'll never have two days the same and will have a good time while soaking up all you can.

YOU ARE / A creative organization wiz. Your efforts will support a wildly creative team responsible for some of the most influential work for some of the world's biggest brands. You've managed challenging calendars, planned buzz worthy events on a budget and arranged travel for inspired trips. You know culture: what people are eating, drinking, listening to, watching, and wearing. You know where they're going to recharge and seek inspiration. In turn, your inspired to inject some of this culture into our day-to-day operations. You can move between calendars, expense reports, party planning and drafting inspired communications with ease. Excel and social media are tools you know well, but Photoshop is something you may dabble in. You're skilled in keeping calm under pressure and in tune with both client and studio needs.
YOUR IMPACT / You'll:

• Execute the client service and hospitality vision for the company and bring fresh ideas to plus client experience.
• Facilitate studio operations to ensure staff and business are supported with high service levels.
• Plan and manage quarterly happy hours / parties for clients and staff.
• Daily support and coordination with front desk / client services, client meals, snacks, coverage as needed.
• Reconcile department meals, entertainment, fuctional budget, expenses.
• Arrange travel for studio executives and freelance talent.
• Manage swag inventory, ideate new designs, and prepare client gifts.
• Conduct studio tours with prospective talent and clients.
• Manage, communicate, and promote studio events to agency and clients.
• Develop and publish monthly newsletter publication.
• Collaborate with studio leadership and client service manager on social marketing efforts for the studio (Instagram, linkedIn, etc.)
• Coordinate with studio engineer and resourcing on technology updates.
• Set up meetings, arrange parking and meals for client meetings.

YOU HAVE

• Great attention to detail with strong proofreading and fact checking skillsets.
• The ability to juggle multiple competing projects concurrently in a fast-paced professional environment.
• The drive to work to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends to support studio clients and agency projects.
• Adeptness in reading the room, discretion, and judgement of when and how to approach topics as it pertains to the operations of the company.
• BA/BS Degree from a four-year college with two or more years of related work experience in a post-production environment, preferred. Or combination of education and experience.
