Superior Mazda of Bentonville is on the lookout for a driven and customer-oriented Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our vibrant sales team. As a BDC Representative, you'll be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer experiences and spearheading the generation of valuable leads for our Mazda dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Serve as the friendly face and voice of Mazda, delivering unparalleled customer service that goes above and beyond expectations.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, arrange test drives, and provide comprehensive vehicle information to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Lead Generation:

  • Take the initiative to identify potential customers and nurture relationships, creating high-quality leads for our sales team.
  • Utilize diverse communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media, to engage potential customers and showcase Mazda's exceptional lineup.

Product Knowledge:

  • Become a Mazda aficionado, staying abreast of the latest features, models, and industry trends.
  • Articulately communicate the unique selling points of Mazda vehicles, effectively converting inquiries into sales opportunities.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with our sales team, furnishing them with qualified leads and invaluable insights to augment their sales strategies.
  • Work in tandem with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is advantageous.
