JOB SUMMARY
We need an individual with excellent prospecting and closing skills, who will put boundless energy into meeting our aggressive goals for our business initiative. Reporting directly to the President you will be responsible for aggressively growing new business. In the role you will build market position by researching, locating, developing, and defining new business opportunities and relationships to achieve the goals of the organization. You’ll be rewarded for your contributions with a competitive base salary (commensurate with experience), plus commissions.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicates with businesses, internal departments, and sales team on a regular basis
Maintains a book of business that can be immediately called on
Identifies high-quality leads through outbound cold-calling and inbound inquiries
Networks with various types of contacts to generate leads
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials, evaluating options and company priorities
Develops and updates the RFP library content to win business
Maintains up-to-date job knowledge participating in industry opportunities, maintaining networks and professional organizations
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience with a proven track record of new business sales in the growth of BPO call center services (Hunter)
