Responsibilities:

• Meet with insurance adjusters on the rooftops
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to effectively communicate product features and benefits
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely solutions
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

Experience required:

• Roofing sales
• Proven track record in technology sales or business development
• Strong ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and maximize profitability
• Experience in outside sales, homeowner sales as well as D2D environment
• Proficiency in CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities
• Demonstrated ability to effectively market products and services to target audiences- Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques is a plus
• Experience in account management is a plus
