SuperBam, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Director of Creator Partnerships

SuperBam is a creator-first company using its expertise to become an indispensable partner to our clients. We bring added value and transparency to the world of Digital Rights Management and Audience Development. We establish comprehensive ownership and new revenue streams through innovation and technology. We are seeking a dynamic Director of Creator Partnerships to spearhead our business development and partnerships efforts with top content creators across various platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role will report into the SVP Business Development to execute our vision and deliver best-in-class services to our creator clients. This role will be instrumental in shaping and driving our mission to empower creators globally. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic creator partnerships plan for creators across content verticals, territories, and platforms.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Identify and cultivate relationships with high-potential creators and serve as their primary point of contact, ensuring a positive and mutually beneficial partnership experience.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations, update partnership agreements, and oversee contract management process.
  • Collaboration Initiatives: Ideate and implement innovative collaboration initiatives, campaigns, and programs that amplify both SuperBam and creators' reach.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate the success of partnerships, utilizing KPIs to measure impact and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnership initiatives and leverage resources effectively.
  • Industry Trends and Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and shifts in the creator space to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Represent SuperBam at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in creator partner management, influencer marketing, or related field
  • Deep knowledge and passion for the creator economy, social media, and digital media / video
  • Proven experience leading and being a proactive member of a team
  • Proficient in analyzing data and performance metrics 
  • Strategic vision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to work closely with the senior leadership team
  • Must be based in Greater Los Angeles and have current eligibility to work in the US
