About the Team
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth can not be underestimated. We aim to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and affiliates.
Responsibilities

• Design the top creator and celebrity partnership strategy for TikTok Shop
• Define goals, identify opportunities and design approaches
• Build and develop a strong team according to growth priorities and business rationale
• Work with top creators and celebrities, leading talent agencies, and MCNs with a strong focus on e-commerce
• Discover innovative business models for creators by improving their collaborations with brands / retailers for video as well as live shopping content
• Lead key celebrity content activations to drive key results
• Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 5 years experience of top creator and celebrity partnerships management; mixed experience in social media platform side, brand side, and with leading talent agencies is highly preferred
• 3 years experience as people management with a significant team size
• Strong knowledge and experience of brand partnership is required
• Strong knowledge and experience of live streaming is preferred
• Strong connections with creators and agencies is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• A good team player, fast learner and open to changes
• Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving
• Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $148200 - $288800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
