**copperdot (https://www.copperdot.ai/)** is expanding its businesses to the US. We are looking for a Key Account Manager - Outside Sales to support our growth by executing on strategy, engaging and building relationships with potential customers, and win new business.

**Job Description**

In the Key Account Manager - Outside Sales role, the ideal candidate will be able to perform the follow the following but is not limited to:

Define action plans and execute strategies to generate leads within targeted customer segments.

Qualify leads, engage potential clients, and manage RFQs to deliver tailored solutions.

Act as a liaison between the customer and technical team

Foster long-term relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.

Work closely with the global team, both in the EU and Asia, to align and execute regional sales strategies.

Collaborate with international teams to align on and execute regional sales strategies.

Travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field.

3 years of experience in sales (PCB or electronics industry experience is preferred).

Ability to make independent decisions, including handling complex topics and managing escalations.

Exceptional ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively with the team and clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

User-centricity and an agile (Build-Measure-Learn) mindset.
