Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in the execution of recruitment and selection processes including posting open positions, sourcing candidates, running background checks and drug screening.
• Partnering with experienced Recruiters and supporting them in their processes.
• Candidate sourcing and delivery of candidate’s short lists.
• Assist with coordinating onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, facilitating an efficient and positive experience for employees during their integration into the organization.
• Provide administrative support in various HR functions, such as preparing documents, drafting emails and maintaining our database, UKG.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events, helping to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.

Education/Background Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in process; preferred Human Resources or Business Degree

• Preferred 1 year of previous experience in HR related field
